Having chest pains from last 8 months everyday mostly on left side of chest and my back and shoulders also pains. I can fell that pain by pressing the chest area. And I am not able to sleep every night because of this whenever I try to sleep its fell like my heart is pumping slowly or my heart gonna stop. And because of this I not able to sleep. I also done ECG test but doctor said that its fine. And also my neck pains too.
