Had nor fever and cured and on last day of fever felt dizziness and light headedness and ghabraahat from inside and found BP of 150/90. Did not take any BP medicine. Avoided salt, fried, NV and found no BP for almost 5 days so far but symptoms are still present of dizziness, lightheadedness and dhada (ghabraahat) from heart. Kindly help to to understand problem I am aged 25 M, Height 5'9" Weight 93 kgs. Thanking you Doctor.

when you have fever, you need rest and good food. put the BP machine away, and order chicken soup and badam milk.
