All greens (broccoli, kale, spinach,), fruits, nuts, seeds are good in general - but how bad they are for me having hypothyroidism (TSH = 5.2)?.Can I still eat plenty of peanut butter? Dairy and meat are bad for other reasons (prostate, etc.)"

Anything in moderation cannot harm you. Anything in access no matter how good can be harmful. Basic rules are eat as per your gene, eat local and fresh vegetables and fruits more.

Hello . Cabbage or Cauliflower is not good for hypothyroid patients. You must avoid meat or excessive oily food . Other things you can take in moderation. . For further treatment you can ask me through private questions
