My ankle had a fracture. The doctor asked to keep 6 weeks of plaster. After plaster landing, my feet came to stiffness. After seeing the X-ray of the fracture, the doctor told that the fracture had become healed. I walk with the help of a stick. Due to walking in the evening, my feet get swollen. My physiotherapist is still doing wax massage. What should I do to get treatment or what to wear? From which I start walking right.
