1.Take 20 ml purim syrup twice a day for 1 month. 2.Eat healthy and balanced diet. Do not skip breakfast. 3.Drink 2-3 litre water daily. 4.Exercise is an important part to remain young so do exercise daily, suryanamaskar, bhujangasana, naukasana, shalabasana, vjrasana 10 min each asana daily early morning. 5.Take proper sleep of 6-8 hrs daily at night. 6. Massage ur facewith aloevera, papaya , banana 20 min daily in afternoon or evening. 7. Apply raw milk on face daily at night and wash it after 15 min.
