Hi, I am 28 year old, I have a serious dandruff problem which increased due to when I was bed ridden for 1 months due to fracture in my leg hence I didn't take a head wash for 3 weeks then started the dandruff problem. Also silver or white hairs have increased. Please suggest a solution for both dandruff and increasing white hairs.
