Hi after delivery my sugar level is high usually in the morning both fasting and 2 hours after food. What is the normal sugar level and how to control without taking medicine .does high sugar level affect baby when you are breastfeeding.

Normal Sugar levels should be fasting 90 to 110 after 2 hrs postprandial should be 140 to 160 30 to 45 min exercise Balanced diet with less carbohydrates can keep your sugars under control.

Hi, normal fasting sugar is between 80 to 110 and ppbs is between 120 to 160, but during breast feeding homeopathic medicine is better.
