Here goes, When I'm stressed I get (for want of a better term) a funny turn. I feel light headed (Not dizzy) then start a daydream which is the same each time, this is then followed by nausea. It last no more than 3 or 4 seconds but can leave me feeling lousy, also these happen in my sleep as well as I awake and feel lousy sometimes. I've had it for 15 years and had epilepsy checks and others all with no results. Have you ever heard of such a thing. I've spent the last three months very busy working on a contract with no episodes, finished the contract and sat at home waiting for the next contact and they start. They started with once a week and build from there, currently 2 or 3 small episodes per which make you feel slightly unwell and 1 large episode that takes a few minutes to recover from. It seems, when I'm busy all is okay but when I'm at a loose end and stressing about limited amounts of work coming in. They get stronger and stronger. With research it seems they are not panic attacks and after tests it's not epilepsy. So what else could it be? Can you help?
