Sir my I had complete profile test my T3 and T4 test are normal while TSH is 7.62 and cholesterol level is 240. I'm taking thyrox 25 tablet a day. Suggest can which type of problem I have and can it be permanently cured or I have to take medicine life long. My age is 29 yrs. And my IGE test report is 490. Please suggest me in detail.

You need to take increase the dose of thyrox and adjust the dose by monitoring TSH level. You also need to reduce cholesterol by avoiding saturated fats, red meat, egg yolk etc amd by doing exercise regularly.
