I'm 30 years old woman. Divorcee. 5'5" feet, 49 kgs. Veg eater. Want to increase my weight. And stay healthy. But i'v thyroid problem, take medicine. Iv fistula problem, acidity problem and weakness also. please give me a proper chart so that I csn live healthy. And gain my weight. What problem can be occurred if I skip my breakfast? please help.

Do not skip your breakfast. Rather you have to take regular meals at regular interval. Go for LFT, and take Robinia 200. Fruits, proper sleep will help.
