I had oily skin before, but it changed to dry skin from about 3 years ago. I have some skin problems - 1. I have very strong itchiness in groin area if it is sweaty and hot in that area. 2. I have small pimple like structures on my tummy, thighs, and groin. They are not exactly pimple because it doesn't hurt at all. Unless I pull hairs on them. The main problem is that I think it is not normal to have them. In my groin area they are a little bigger than thighs and tummy. 3. Can you tell me some very effective ways to increase my eyesight. I have specs of 2.25 in one eye and 2.00 in another. I started jogging 3-7 km per day early morning from 23 dec 2017 and is continuing. 4. Can I do intermittent water fasting. Like every tuesday. For example - I stopped intake of any type of food at 10 pm. On monday and started taking fruits on 9 am on thursday. Total of 35 hours. In between I take water every 1 hour to 1.5 hours. 5. I have hair fall problems. Means I have very few hairs left.
