I underwent Dental treatment about two & half an year ago. Top jaw natural teeth are intactbut front six teeth bridge is fixed for alignment with bottom bridge of six teeth-leaving behind two Canine teeth for supporting RPD for bottom jaw as all teeth are extracted. Left-side canine tooth failed & now if Right-side fail then it is emergency situation! X-ray is confirming bone condition for Implant of two teeth & RPD. What are the options as dentist advised for Implant & RPD. Whether I can do with Full denture at bottom removing front bottom bridge? Or Implant & new RPD is only choice left! please advise.
