Yes u are right. Whatever u r eating is getting accumulated as fat in your body if u do not burn your fat. What would you do to burn your fat? U hv to exercise, do little yoga and alittle brisk walk everyday . Follow a healthy low calorie high nutritious diet. Lots of vegetables n salads fruits n dry fruits.
