HI, I am 29 years old male 80 kgs with 6.1 feet height. I am suffering from joint pains specifically at my wrists and knees for past 5 to 6 months. I have had my whole body check up done recently and have been diagnosed with deficiency of vitamin D3, for which I had taken d3 sachet and tablets but to no avail. Also the doctor advised me to keep vigil on my sugar n carb intake as the blood sugar level was close to the higher ceiling for type 2 diabetes, which (sugar level) came to normal when I paid attention. Upon enquiring doctor about the probable cause of these pains I was told that it could be because of high stress in life. What could be the probable reason for these joint pains? What shall I do? Please advise.
