Hello mam/sir Mujhe kafi time se fungel hai bich Mai Apne ap thik ho jate hai or phir se start ho jate hai Mai dawai kar kr pareshan ho gaya hoon khujli bhi bahut hoti hai to mujhe kya karna chahiye kya in ki koi permanent medicine hai ji dobara na ho. Please reply me.
