I am suffering from a headache for the last one year. It happens only at the right side. I consult many doctors including neurologist. Several test have been done including Mri Brain, which comes out to the conclusion that I don't suffer from Migraine, no High B. P, only a mild Sinus which doctors said not a big issue. One neurologist suggest me to go for Mri of TMJ dysfunction and the report came out as:- Right 1) Decreased anterior translation of mandibular condyle seen in open mouth position. 2) Irregularity and crumbled appearance of articular disc ? Degenerative changes. Left 1) Intrasubstance hyperintense signal seen in articular disc ? Early degenerative Now my question, is that might be the reason for one sided headache if yes what medicine should I take.
