Whatever is your cycle days plus minus seven days is absolutely normal. Like in your case your cycle is of 28 days, so your periods can come between 21 days (28-7=21) to 35 days (28+7=35). This is considered normal. For pain during periods do this Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen. Rest when needed. Give yourself a little massage where it hurts. Exercise-- Get Moving to Relieve Symptoms. Walking, running, Yoga etc. Avoid foods that contain caffeine. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol For better results consult with details.
