Hi I am 25 years old. I have sight defect can I reduce my defect to zero?

There are no medicines / surgery which can reduce the defect to zero. you will have to use glasses/contact lenses or you will have to go in for refractive surgery like LASIK / ICL depending upon the amont of defect you have.
