I am 31 years old breastfeeding mother. I had irregular periods since onset & ws told by going. Its hormonal imbalance. Since December 2018 getting blood clots of period which was on & off. Few days ago I had usg. My endometrial thickness is 30 mm. Gynaecologist has suggested for biopsy. Currently I am taking trenaxa MF thrice & Primolut N twice daily. My bleeding has lessened after taking medicine. Is biopsy really required or is there any solution? Please reply.

Hello, 30MM is endometrial hyperplasia and biopsy is required to rule out atypic or endometrial cancer.
