My best friend, 25 year old suffering from depression. He is basically less talkative and more sensitive guy. In early years of his life, he lost his mother at the age of 16 and get into a first depression. It took him more than 2 years to recover. Again depressed at the age of 21 when he lost his father. Due to these frequent incidents, he was lost. Two years back he get into a great friendship with a girl (usually he won't talk to girls), he is so much attached with her, spending lot of time with her, up to one year he continued friendship. After that she moved to different place, he was became alone at that time. Even though she is far from him, she used to talk with him. After few months, she started ignoring him, when he asked about this, she replied like she is not ignoring. But he felt more ignored and he thought this friendship ends, So he stopped talking with her. But she keeps trying to talk with him. But he is not accepting her friendship, also he don't want to lose her friendship. Recently they met each other, he was sad and happy at the same time. If he involved too much with her again, he don't have will power to lose her. That's the reason he is trying to avoid her (also unable to forget her Almost one year it seems). He is in confused mind, mentally depressed. Any suggestions that I can convey to him.
