I'm 50 years old single lady. Recently I did a complete health check-up. 1) Stress test revealed Borderline stress. My total cholesterol is 205. LDL 137. Do I need to worry? Doc has stared me on blood thinners. Razel A. But I don't wish to continue medications. Please advise alternate treatment.

Dear Lybrate user First there is need to find out the cause of stress. So kindly tell more about your problem and history of stress. Do yoga and meditation daily join Yoga and meditation classes. Take Ashwagandha powder or tablet daily with warm water after breakfast. Keep yourself hydrated and avoid oily, spicy food.
