I Have saitica problem so I cant Work out and even I cant Brisk walk my age is 41 and my weight is 70 I want loss my weight approx 15 kg what to do.

Yoga and meditation are good for yoga. Start with mild assan e. G. Kapaal bhati, anulom vilom etc. And then if possible try to practise surya namaskaar. A proper diet chart and medicines will also help to reduce to weight.
