Since 2 or more week he has a back problem suddenly he sat because of back pain when he eats medicine then all right but later the same problem pain. Today an orthopedic doctor says his pelvis is not right take medicine for a month if it is not feel ok then pelvis have to replace. Is it a major problem. I am scared what to do and please ensure me that it is not a big problem.

Basically back pain is most commonly due to disc problems in the spine. If it's only pain with out any neurological issues then bed rest with medication is sufficient. Otherwise consult a spine surgeon.
