Kindly get deep scaling done and use a gum paint twice daily for 15 days. There may be some kind of infection in the gums or because of rigorous brushing also gums get affected. There can be many reasons so kindly visit your dentist and get the required treatment done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

You may have pyorrhoea ... Kindly get it checked .. if required get teeth cleaning and polishing done .. you may use a sensitivity paste .. like Sensodent k .. apply two to three times daily for 15 days . . Over the affected portion..
