Right now I am on Allopathy medication for Hypertension for the past 20 years. I am taking Telma H 40 mg for the past 20 years and for the last 3 weeks my SYS/DIA pressure remains 180/103 in spite of taking the medicine. If I switch on to Homeopathic or Ayurvedic will it be effective and when can I stop the Allopathic medications? Any side effects? Please advice.
