I am a 24 year girl. My periods are not regular. 2 years earlier my periods were not regular and I was asked to loose weight by my gyne. I am an anemic too. I joined gym and then after that periods were regular. But now this time. It is 18 days late. I have gain 2 kgs. Can you please suggest me what should I do now? And why it happens every time?

Eat home made food all the time. Avoid all kind of packet food including biscuits, bread etc. For regular and pain free period include sesame / til both white and black variety in your diet, eat Arbi, sweet potato, raw banana type of vegetables.
