Hi sir I was suffered from OCD and from last 5 years I took medicine for it recently I went for CBT and now I feel 100% fine and I got married one year before but these medicines creates a lot of sexual problem in me and I stopped medicine from last 5 months I do not take any medicine for OCD but I still face sexual problem I do not understand now after quitting antidepressant drugs how much time it will take so that your normal sexual power will come again in you now I afraid may these medicines created permanent sexual problem in me.

Sametime, I can understand your suitation due to side effects caused by the medicine. Hope you have consulted your treating doctor before stopping medicine as sometimes withdrawal symptoms can cause such harm. Anyway, to re gain your power, you need to adopt few dietary changes, excersise routines, few lifestyle changes or daily routines, self therapies etc. Similarly, it important to get support and understanding from your wife in getting such problems addressed without causing depression or anxiety again.
