Hi, Severe sciatica and radiating leg pain treating since 1 year. No relief. Found degenerative disc at l4/5 with diffuse and posterior bulges. Cervical bulges at c3/c4 c4/c5 c5/c6. Also found unilateral pars defect in xray on 22nd oct 2018 but in mri which was taken on 30th nov 2018there is no sign of unilateral pars defect. Also found d vitamin levels at 7.3 ng/ml and calcium levels at 8.6 mg%.took physio therapy courses for one week no effective pain relief.
