My mother is having gap in front of her two lower teeth and her gums is also shifting downward but she does not feel pain. What causes this and please suggest some solution without surgery.

This is called pathological migration of teeth. She might have pyorrhoea. Kindly get it checked by dentist .so that proper solution can be given.
