Hi after delivery my weight was 77 kg. After 1 year it was 69 kg. Again I put on my weight 75. 7 kg. My belly look like again I am pregnant for 5 months. Doing regular exercise for 1 hr. N for breakfast I tk tea n biscuits. For lunch small bowl rice n coconut curry. Evng horlicks n biscuit. Evening sometime I eat or not. If I eat thn same lunch menu. I do not loose my weight its gaining day by day. Please suggest some simple diet.
