I'm 30 years of old and I recently got married, I went for health checkup but all check up done doctor said I have very less vitamin B12 in my body and doctor advised to take metacobal OD tablet for 3 months so here my question is what food I should avoid and what food can I take more and is it safe the tablet taking at night since I married recently.

Hello lybrate-user, you can take below listed food. Veg source. Milk, cheese and curd and buttermilk. Non veg source beef and pork liver and kideny. What you should not do. 1) avoid antacids drugs which is acidity reliver drugs. 2) should not drink large amount of water after meal. There is no danger from medicine to your sexual life. Regards.
