My both legs are paining for last 2 months I tested vitamin d and iron both are low and vitamin b12 is normal is it happening because of that and sometimes when I think too much the pain become worse and after sleep it gets better in morning also I have pain when wakeup sometime I got interruption also in night because of pain please consult me your suggestions.

take tab. mecobala once a day for 30 days. take calciral once a week for vit. -d. eat green veg.g, take exposure sun light in early in the morning.
