Hi Doctor, I have been suffering from chronic constipation since childhood, I took treatment from many doctors also took treatment of homeopathic medicine and Ayurvedic medicines too. Also, I took treatment from those doctors who gave me guaranteed treatment. When I take continuously medicine I get relief, Whenever I dont take medicine on the very next day, I got same problem. I want to get rid of this bad disease.

Drink 2-3 glass of water in the morning empty stomach, and 3-4 litres of water during the day daily. Walk for minimum 5 minutes. You may also mix two spoons of isabgol in a glass of warm milk and drink it just before you go to bed. It will help. Thank You
