I am 45 M, Wt. 75Kg. 5' 10" height. My Cholesterol (LDL) shoot up last year upto 350. Now it is 113 after regular exercise & allopathic Medicine. I face fast breathing when I walk or climb stairs. Now I want to get rid of this regular medicine. Please advise me some medicine that can be taken regularly to keep the cholesterol level under control & reduce the breathing problem.
