I had slight upper abdomen pain and back pain in the right side. 2 weeks before SGPT 69U/L SGOT 47U/L ESR 45 mm/hr Now SGPT 34U/L SGOT 66U/L ESR 45 mm/hr Ultrasound abdomen impression: Hypoechoic hepatic parenchyma. Liver size (14. 4 cm) is normal Is there any problem as the SGPT which was high earlier comes to normal now and SGOT which was low earlier becomes high? Also why can my ESR remains high?
