Hi What your having issue of sleep is not sleep disorder its missing management of rest n sleep as you modified your schedule with bio clock. Your not well trained to lead this kind of schedule you need to transform the whole your life till. It'll bound to suck your health n pocket too.

ensure that you sleep minimum 6 hours in the day time. put the lights etc when you sleep. 1. cap. tagara -2 cap 1 hour before bed time 2. cap . stresscom - 1 cap twice daily this will help you a lot
