Hi, Carcinoma is found in Neck node. PET Scan is done and its not present in anywhere else. What can be the treatment if we do not wanna go for surgery. Primary is not found.

I would suggest to do laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy and nasopharygeal evaluation prior to confirm no tumour. Fnac of neck node to confirm carcinoma. If you don't want surgery then radiation or chemoradiotherapy depending on size of node.
