Sometimes after giving vaccination this type of reactions can occur. It may also lead to local inflammation and pus collection / cellulitis. You have to show to a doctor near you to has ascertain this possibility as local infection will warrant an antibiotic course. Thrombophob gel can be applied in the meantime.
