Hello, I have been suffering from cough and cold from past 10 days. The problem is .from past 4-5 days while cleaning my throat in the morning. I am experiencing small amount of blood in the phelgum .though it happens only in the morning and not for the test of day. Is it a sign of any serious medical problem. please do suggest.
