I am 52 years old energetic person, off late I have realized that when I am tired or having stress in mind, I loose out sleep, during night I get panic attack, but I keep controlling my mind, and get less sleep, I am avoiding drugs. Please let me know to have sound sleep.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea/coffee in late evening and after. avoid stress. 8 hours of sleep is ok.. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.
