My daughter is 6 month old. She doesn't latch directly since her 4th month. I have to pump and feed her. Suddenly my breast milk has reduced that much that I have to give her top feed. I am eating jeera and shatavari powder but no results. This is really depressing me. What to do to increase breast milk supply.

Hello librate user, if your daughter is 6 months now then you need to start top of foods. Breastfeeding is not sufficient for her. If she is your first child breastfeeding for 2 years is must. Along with other foods. By the age of 10 to 11 months small bits of chappati softened along with dal or milk If you still have any queries you can take my text consultation or online phone counselling session.
