I gained weight. 5 kg. My life style is sedentary. I don't have smoking alcohol habits. And I am masturbation addicted. .I only drink coffee tea lot. And always wanted to drink cool water irrespective of season. I am suffering from snoring problem. I snore loud immediately I fell asleep. I even get sleep within seconds of lying on bed. Sometimes I can hear my snoring during sleep. I always feel dull even after 8 hrs sleep. Not active. I feel sleepy during daytime also. I am not able to concentrate on my studies. I feel confused always. I feel tensed even for small things and some time angry. I forget things easily. I am not able to concentrate on things. During sleeping I get ghost dreams or scary dreams that I am shouting loud like crying unless someone disturb or wakens me. Please tell me exactly what is my situation. Why this happening and control snoring.
