Myself vikas yadav. Want to loose weight. Almost regularly I go for run in morning about 5 km. When I start o am 88 kg now I am 79 kg. It almost 6 month routine with a month gap. 5day a week. The result was not appropriate. Speed increase fro 8 to 10 kmph. Diet doesn't include any junk food. Longest run is 12 km in 1.10 hrs. Kindly recommend me where is I go wrong? I use runkeeper for GPS tracking.

Maintain your calorie intake to maximum of 1500/day and try to burn 500 calories per day through exercise the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat of the total diet should be: carbohydrates -50% protein-40% fat-10%
