I am 39 years old and actually I am confused and tensed. Can you help and guide me. I had done my HIV 1 and 2 in month of 12 th october which was non reactive. As I had sex with the lady as for 2 sec I had inserted my penis without condom. After 1 month I had done HIV 1 and HIV 2 test of that lady which was non reactive. Also she has confirmed that she is not suffering from any kind of disease. It has been now almost 2 months 20 days. But still I feel tensed and insecure as some bad things come in my mind. What should I do in order to feel relax. Sometimes I read information on HIV on net. Can you please guide.
