Hello Doctor, Age 70 Chronic disease Renal failure every time while admitted at ICU in hospital following found. High Serum Creatinine Serum urea Serum urea nitrogen Potassium slightly high BP high Low Haemoglobin Bicarbonate plasma serum slightly low Is this because of Dehydration, Excess sodium? Creatinine high every time. How to lower creatinine levels to normal. Please advice me sir.
