Flourosis are intrinsic stains and not superficial. Paste may not help you. We need to check the degree of flourosis first. So that accordingly things can be advised. To some extent cosmetic treatment which includes veneers laminates full coverage crowns. Are advised. Or bleaching.

Hello Mr, I would suggest to go for teeth whitening. If still you don't like results go for veneers. Tooth paste may not be of much use in fluorosis.
