Hi Sir, I am facing right scrotal pain since one month. I used doxycycline 100 mg for 10 days and did urine culture. There is no infection at all. Even though I am feeling like right testis pulling down sensation and discomfort too. I have done scrotal ultrasound and got the impressions like 1. No testicular mass / torsion 2. 4 mm right epididymis cyst 3.Small bilateral hydrocele 4. Probably small varicocele on the left. Doctor said nothing is a problem. But I am still feeling uncomfort and feeling painful right testis (Like pulling down) I am using supporter and ibrufen some times. Not much effective. Kindly suggest best remedies.
