My husband 42 Yrs old got a little bit problem in His left knee. He was sitting at minus 2 for about an hour. But when he stood up there was too much pain in His knee. It was just the bone moved to back side. Then it was fine. Now there us no problem while standing but difficulty is in folding of the knee mainly while trying to stand up. Please suggest the remedies.
