I need diet guidance. I am a Bengali with affinity to rice and sweets. My height is 182 cm and weight is 89 kg. I exercise moderately in the gym and/or home.

Your ideal body weight should be 68-72 kg.Exercise only doesnt help in loosing weight,there has to be a proper diet to get the result faster.We plan diet as per YOUR eating pattern,where you will not have to give up eating rice totally but everything should be in moderation.If in kolkata,visit us for individulaised diet plan.
