Hii doctor, My X-RAY paranasal sinuses water's view says that 1.Deviation of nasal septum is noted with convexity towards left side. 2.Hazy pacification of left maxillary sinus, suggestive of left maxillary Sinusitis. And I'm having following symptoms -:1. Congestion and runny nose all the time (since childhood) 2.fatigue and body pain 3.pain areas: in the face, back of the eyes, and In forehead. 4.facial tenderness 5.and headache, mouth breathing, sore throat are very common. With all of them I went to ENT specialist and he suggested for surgery. So I wanted to know that that 1.Should I go for surgery or 2.it can be cured through medications.
